I don't keep track of salt I do sweat a lot when I run. What kind of Carbs are you talking I have to admit I really don't know how to eat for runs.

don't know what kind of program I need to be doing

I am interested in dropping some weight and toning up. I want to start lifting weight. I do have a gym membership but I am more interested in being able to weight lift at home with 5-10 pounds dumbbells. I never know what to do. I agree I think warming up is more important than stretching before you run it it really important to stretch post run and trust me it feels so good after. opinion but craisins are not good for you they have a ton of sugar in them. Go for the spray dressings they have far less calorie and fat next to none really(wish bone). thanks. Actually I run 35-40 min at least four days a week sometimes five. I am just now incorporating some weight training in on days. Also I am eating hemp hearts and only low fat veggie type of things. Some chicken also. I am down 6 pounds. Thanks for the advice
