I am trying to incorporate weight training into weekly exercise schedule. The problem is when I go to do weight training I get lost as to what I should be doing. There are so many different exercises but a lot of them basicly seem to be the same. I use 5-10 lb weights at home I do have a gym membership but I don't like lifting weights at the gym since that is the room the men hang out in.
Don't mean to post such a long post I just am really confused and I wanna really weight lift to build some tone.
Also I am a avid runner and I don't wanna give up running for weight lifting do you think weight lifting 2 times a week is enough?
