- add eggs to meal 1
- add tuna/turkey/pork/red meat to meal 2
- meal 3 to be solid protein from options above and veg/salad
- dinner take out corn (the worse veg, notven a veg on second thought, it;s a starch i think) and add green veg
- last meal protein and veg

I don't wanna open a new topic but I deffinitely need some advice.
How can I control calories if I eat the same meal that I cook for family, so I don't know exactly how many calories in the meal and I can not figure out how many calories on plate :?
How you guys doing this? 8)

if it's simply meat and veg donlt worry about it...if it contains rice, pasta, bread, cerial or pototo then simply keep those prtions moderate and there wont be any need for counting

opinion but craisins are not good for you they have a ton of sugar in them. Go for the spray dressings they have far less calorie and fat next to none really(wish bone). Be weary of eating pretzels to often they have alot of salt. I agree about the corn it's not digested correctly and has no value for you. raw veggies are best especially broccoli and celery it's catabolic and you burn more trying to digest it then it has in it. Hope this all helps. Mostly stay with fish, chicken and veggies if your really serious about losing weight. Also if you find your hungry alot then make some sugar free jello and eat it whenever you like it really does satisfy your hunger. Also I like broccoli slaw for a salad instead of just plain lettuce. as you prolly know lettuce has no nutritional value what so ever.
