yeah, thats good. 12 reps is good too for each set...dont work out your chest everyday btw....

I was planning on buying protein bars and shakes but then I went on a bodybuilder forum and was reading a thread and they were all talking about all the protein stuff they eat giving them really bad gas. DDR for ps2 counts the calories you lose in workout mode,lol.....

but yeah take in less calories a day and do cardio......

oh and now that I know what protein has to do with muscles, wut do calories have to do with muscles? do calories turn into muscle or help recover muscle just like protein????

when your muscles recover they recover cuz of protein right? and when they recover they get bigger so they get bigger cuz of protein right?

so with protein bars and drinks are you suppose eat/drink them b4,during,or after you workout???? Wut if you were to take a protein bar/drink like 3 or 5 hours after you workout? or 3 or 5 hours b4?????

I took a look at trainwithme.com and I really like the fact that they have videos and whatnot, but I'm not sure if these things will work for me and I am just a little uncomfortable doing some of those exercises at the gym. I never see anybody doing anything remotely close to some of those exercise...

i workout at school cuz school has a small lil crappy workout room with weights, and its free. One of the administraters at the school made a lil routine with like about 8 excersices each day. There are main exercises each Mon:Back Squat Tues:Bench Wed:Front squat Thurs:Incline Bnech Fri:break/off
