Sorry anpother question about that routine... Which one would you say is better, the preceding program or the "death by bodyweight" program?

bodyweight programs will only get you so far, stick with mainly weights but incorporate body stuff like pushups/dips/ pullups for an added boost

So you think i should go with the trainwithmeonline.com program? or maybe this program? (i have to add another day)

Day One:
chest - push-ups
back - bent over row
bicep - dumbbell curl
shoulders - front shoulder raises
abs - crunches
hamstrings - hamstring curls
quads - dumbbell squats
obliques - side crunches

Day Two:
chest - incline chest press
back - lat pull-downs
triceps - tricep kickbacks
shoulders - side dumbbell raises
abs - leg drops
glutes - frogs on bench
quads - dumbbell lunges
obliques - side planks

Which program would you say is the best?

Sorry about all the questions i just used a horrible program for a while and i don't want to make that mistake again...

I took a look at trainwithme.com and I really like the fact that they have videos and whatnot, but I'm not sure if these things will work for me and I am just a little uncomfortable doing some of those exercises at the gym. I never see anybody doing anything remotely close to some of those exercises on the exercise mats. Stupid I know but I don't know if I could bring myself to doing it in public (and I definitely can't afford to get weights of own for home) lol! Good source though, thanks again.

the best one's in order i think are

1 - death by bodyweight
2 - train with me online program (ben does have some good stuff on there)
3 - your program which is training every muscle everyday which is not going to amount to anything

your program would work if you did it every second day though but in this order:

quads
hams / glutes
back
chest
shoulders
tri / bi
abs / obs

Yah i'm not so sure about the "death by bodyweight" program because the guy who made it up said in the end something like "although this may not be perfect, it is good to get you by if you don't have any equipment", since i do have equipment this made me realize that i could find a better workout.

Also when you say do these muscles in order you mean do the program i put on but in the order you specified? And if i do the exercises in a different order how is that going to change anything?

I think i'll try out the trainwithmeonline.com program, thanks for all the help...

work from biggest muscle to smallest...there's no point going hell for leather on your 10kg curls when you could be doing that on 5okg squats but if you do squats last you'll only use 30kgs maybe because of fatigue
