maxing out is doing what YOU can personally do, no one can tell you an exact weight, so get someone really strong (an adult) to help spot for you and i guess you will find out

you can if you want, but it depends what you want to do. If you were playing football, then probably around 220 ish. but casually, just to prove you're strong, 185 would do it. but nobody really cares how strong you are really- especially the girls. they only care about ya body, and how it looks. so focus on that instead of maxing out. you can have a great body working out with 160 like i do. the best way to workout is to workout with a certain weight, and dont go up any weight for 2 weeks. and then, you only go up 5 pounds. trust me, it works.

man. once a week aint enough. dont listen to all these people who tell you once a week is what you're supposed to do. thats bs. what you need to do, is do upper body on mon, wed, and fri, lower body on tues, and thurs. and rest on the weekends.

it won't stunt your growth but there's no point maxing out at this stage because you haven't fulfilled even 20% of your strength potential by age 15 so just get stronger in the 6 - 8 rep range and i would go with full body workouts as most tennegaers eat like shit so training hard 5 days in a row will not work
