forearms

I have the absolute smallest forearm ever... so i was wondering what i can do to build it up with a dumbell?

Hammer Curls, Inclined Hammer Curls, Seated Hammer Curls. They should work for you, at targeting the Brachioradialis, moreso than the Biceps.

Avoid Wrist or Reverse Wrist Curls, as they could cause you a problem long term, with the Wrist joints.

one of the best and most painful...i didn't try the link but it's best to do it with your hands down your waist so you can use more wt as your shoulders will give out with the should flexion style...like calves, forearms are pretty much totally genetic so if they're s,mall now, it will be hard to make them bigger...i would start on increasing grip strength 1st which will allow more wt to be used on not just forearm but all exercises thus bigger muscles

plate inch grip holds, towell pull ups, fat grip bars, farmer's walks to name a few...do a google search you'll ghet heaps of stuff
