Do I eat a lot- I always feel satisfied. I can't tell you how many calories I eat though- I don't keep track of that. I 'll have somethi...

Bench Dip Substitution
What would be a good substitution for this? I want to hit triceps and bench dips have always done that. But I'm unable to continue because of shoulder impingement. I've been doing decline DB presses. Someone told me that this is a good alternative to the bench dips. True? If yes, neutral grip or ove...

Rowing Machines
I have an old style rowing machine. The one with handle bars that move away and towards you as your seat slides forward and back.
You feet stay steady on foot rests.
Does this machine/workout give you any benefits?
Does it work your shoulders? or...?

ABS
I don't know what the TRUTH is, but for me, this is what has worked. I eat a very lean, clean diet, and I do AB work that lasts about a 7 minute session 2-3 times a week. I also notice ABS get worked when doing other compound workouts for back, and chest. ABS are nicely defined. I don't have a 6 pac...

Bicep and forearm pain
I used to be able to do a pullup but can't do it now because biceps are very painful when I attempt this. I can however do a chinup with very little to no pain. I can also do a neutral grip with little to no pain. I don't do either one of these from a dead hang. I just stand at the bar and pull myse...

Question about DB bicep curls
I've seen some people do alternating DB bicep curls up the their shoulders.
And others bring the DB up to waist level, then back down.
Any difference/advantage/disadvantage to these two ways?
thanks
