What would be a good substitution for this?
I want to hit triceps and bench dips have always done that.
But I'm unable to continue because of shoulder impingement.
I've been doing decline DB presses.
Someone told me that this is a good alternative to the bench dips.
True?
if you've got shoulder impingement than you shouldn't be doing any shoulder/bench presses or overhead tricep work...your upper body days shouldd be consisting of row variations, push up variations, face pull variations and direct arm work
