Eat snacks while reducing your regular meal intake
Eat ever 2-3 hours

They all work well...

Pick like 3-5 of them and start out with 3 sets of 60 seconds each and then keep progressing to 5 sets of 120 seconds each. Should take A LONG time before you can do that.

wow... trainers these days...

The best thing for training is to always go full bodyworkouts using only compound exercises done at max speed. No need for ab exercises.

For your diet, I would cut unhealthy fats not all of them and cut your carbs intstead.

I think the biggest difference can come through your training.

See if you can implement resistsnce traiing to your regimin. Try building some muscle and that cou;d be your ticket to permanent fat loss
