pecks or boobs
maybe i'm just a bit to self conscious but when pecks are relaxed i think they look more like boobs rather then a defined peck, when i tense though they are solid and firm, i used to do alot of benching but i've cut it down now and only do decline/flat to try and get a more defined look i'm also doing cardio 6 days a week because i'm currently in training for something else. diet is really bad and theres no real structure to it but its usually 2 or 3 meals a day + 1 protien shake, i dont eat crisps or chocolate and drink more then enough water. Its the same with abs they are undefined unless i'm tensing except from the bottom 2 i still have a bit of fat to lose, any tips? should i be doing high reps low weight to tone because i currently only do 8-10 reps 3 sets increasing the weight untill i fail on last set.

Hey,
Well first of all, that high rep low weights thing for cutting is a total myth so don't fall for that. Just make your workouts more dynamic and eat more fruits and vegetables with an increase in water intake.
With the workouts, choose compound exercises done with bodyweight or dumbbell exericises at max speed while always keeping yourself moving. EX: trade bench press for pushups, do lunges, frog jumps, shuttle sprints and so on

Try doing Inclines with flat not declines and see what happens.
