For interval cardio there are many ways u can do it. the way i do it is similar to video i found on youtube
2min warmup
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
3min cooldown
total 20min ans i do thrice a week
Is it ok this way

so the whole shake thing is optional.
now ill concentrate on ma fats and will get rid of it first. then muscles, coz i wana build lean body mass

how much time in a week i shud do weight training and cardio Can i do cardio and weight both on same day still dont know how to manage diet plan how much meal shud i eat before and after gym can i eat before before gym especially when ill b doing high intensity cardio if so what shud be minimum time...

i hav heard that u cannot eat 3 hr. prior to weight training or aerobics. AND can we drink water after eatin does it hav any effect on

ya but knowing about what is used to loose weight is good, it makes u feel u r not wasting ur time and u derive courage from it. but u r right u cannot roam around city having fruits and other stuff with u. :(
