For interval cardio there are many ways u can do it. the way i do it is similar to video i found on youtube
2min warmup
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
2min slow

so the whole shake thing is optional.

i do weight training three times a week, what about other 4 days can i hav protein shakes on those day tooLesplease wrote:protein shakes area recovery aid, post w/o. Take one about 30-45 minutes post w/o. a serving is typically between 20 adn 30 grams, which is fine.

how much time in a week i shud do weight training and cardio Can i do cardio and weight both on same day still dont know how to manage diet plan how much meal shud i eat before and after gym can i eat before before gym especially when ill b doing high intensity cardio if so what shud be minimum time...

i did interval cardio today for 20 min but after doing it i was tierd that i coudnt do weight trainingBoss Man wrote:One of the best types is Interval Cardio. You need only do it for 2-3 times a week, at 30 minutes max, as a supplemental thing with Weights.

ya but knowing about what is used to loose weight is good, it makes u feel u r not wasting ur time and u derive courage from it. but u r right u cannot roam around city having fruits and other stuff with u.
