One of the best types is Interval Cardio. You need only do it for 2-3 times a week, at 30 minutes max, as a supplemental thing with Weights.

Agreed on that. Alternate them, or do the Cardio after Weights. If you find doing it seperately or after weights is still too much, reduce the intensity slightly by 1-2 levels, until you get more accustomed to it aerobically.

For interval cardio there are many ways u can do it. the way i do it is similar to video i found on youtube
