CARDIO EXERCISE

wht r the best cardio exercices and how long shud we do it

One of the best types is Interval Cardio. You need only do it for 2-3 times a week, at 30 minutes max, as a supplemental thing with Weights.

i did interval cardio today for 20 min but after doing it i was tierd that i coudnt do weight training

Agreed on that. Alternate them, or do the Cardio after Weights. If you find doing it seperately or after weights is still too much, reduce the intensity slightly by 1-2 levels, until you get more accustomed to it aerobically.

For interval cardio there are many ways u can do it. the way i do it is similar to video i found on youtube
2min warmup
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
2min slow
2min moderate
1min fast
3min cooldown
total 20min ans i do thrice a week
Is it ok this way
