Hi,
I am doing 30mins a day of full Cardio workout style, I am extremely confused about if I should be eating anything at all before i work out or how long before I work i should have eaten, and same goes for afterwards. Some people say get 'protein shakes' , 'protein bars' right after and nothing before.
Please if anyone with a proper knowledge help me out here.
What should I be eating right after excersice or before??

Some suggest that you eat before working out to give you enough energy to put in a solid workout put some needed nutrients in your body after not eating all night (assuming we're talking about morning workouts?). Others suggest not eating before you work out (again assuming morning workoutss) as they claim that not eating forces your body to burn more fat. Many on this site suggest eating a small meal of carbs and protein before working out (a piece of fruit and protein shake or a bit of lean meat and cereal work fine), with a protein shake immediately after working out, followed by a meal of carbs and more protein if necessary.

the problem here is;Others suggest not eating before you work out (again assuming morning workoutss) as they claim that not eating forces your body to burn more fat
1 - you have a subpar workouts as ebergy is low so even if you are forcing the body to burn fat, overall you're only training at maybe 80% so you may burn more fat but from a lower %
2 - fat is burnt during low intensity exercise meaning if you do fast or whatever before training, if it is a high intensity workout that requires the use of carbs to fuel it (75% intensity and above) then you'll ore then likely go to your protein stores (muscle) as the secondary source
3 - that being said you need high intensity training to elicit the metabolism boost
solution - eat before and after training and train hard and let your metabolism burn your fat away

I am working out in the evening,
I have largest meal in the morning and then snacks throughout
evening workout is usually 2 hours after last meal
No I haven't started any weight training should I ???

Yes yes yes. Cardio is great for burning calories while youre doing it, but weight training will totally transform your body to allow it to burn more calories ALL of the time. I need some advice too
So I'm usually doing 30 mins of high intensity cardio, and then 30 of weight lifting. After that I usually have a shake - made with protein powder + banana + raspberries and then after some time I have evening meal (lean protein, complex carbs plus veg)
Is it ok or should I change sth about it? Also what should or could eat before the workout, let's say about an hour before? Or does it really matter?

so one shud eat hour before exercise and protien shake immediately afta workouts
