Still moving

Hi everyone, Things continue to look good. I had hit a plateau for about 2 weeks but I had lost inches during that time. Now I have lost more weight; a total of 47lbs so far!!!! Thank you all for you continued support. By the way wife has also lost 16lbs so far. I am very proud of her!!! :D

Update on weight loss

So I had a difficult week and only got to the gym 2 days this week. But the main thing is that I feel great and I am comfortable with this being new way of life. Well, would'nt you know it? I still lost weight!!! I have lost a total of 36lbs!!! :D

rate of weight loss

Thank you so much for the encouragement boss man. I believe that weight loss was maximized because of lots of retained water. However I do aim to lose between 2 to 2.5 lbs per week. I will keep you posted.

weight loss

I am excited and encouraged. I started new lifestyle on 3/5/09 (ie. new eating habits and exercise) and so far I have lost 15 pounds!!! I have loads of energy, I enjoy eating healthy foods and I look forward to exercising everyday. Hooray!!!!
