Update on weight loss
So I had a difficult week and only got to the gym 2 days this week. But the main thing is that I feel great and I am comfortable with this being new way of life. Well, would'nt you know it? I still lost weight!!! I have lost a total of 36lbs!!!

Awesome! Keep up the great work...we are all very proud of you. Remember...even the fittest people have rough weeks. Recently, I went on vacation....ran 1 day the whole time...ate like a pig and drank like a sailor. Was worth every second...but when I came back to reality...cleaned up diet and back to the gym I went

Drank like a Sailor eh? Presumably though you didn't come home wreaking with a 5'oclock shadow
.
Agreed about those certain weeks. Yes some people do have weeks where less is actioned than is preferable. At your point in the process, what you did probably would yield some return, hopefully though, you can manage to maintain the levels of effort you have been putting in, as later on in the process, the reduced effort might not come as good.
It's all a learning curve though, and you're certainly learning and taking time to do it right, and not becoming impatient or anything like that.
You clearly therefore seem like a happy man, which you deserve to be. Early days, but progressing steadily as I would hope, which is the best thing. No rushed results, and as I just said to another member, slow and steady wins the race

Good work big man.
