I am a new member and I am very excited. I started new lifestyle on March 5th 2009. Since then I have been exercising every morning. I have also changed eating habits. I have decided to weigh myself once a month so there is less anxiety and that I do not become fixated on weighing myself. Look forward to hearing from you guys!

Hey dude, came across your profile and wanted to make sure you are doing the right things. Nothing makes me more proud than seeing someone who has had bad eating habits over a long period of time decide to make a difference in their life and take control of it. I am sure your daughters inspire you as well. You flat out seem like a good guy, too. PLEASE don't hesitate to ask me for help, if needed. I didnt see what the specifics of your new diet/lifestyle entails, and in a month, 6 months, or year, etc., if you arent doing the most efficient things and understanding the specifics of sound, healthy, weight loss habits, you run risk of hitting a rut, getting bored, and/or feeling discouraged and giving up. I believe I have the tools you need to continue your succesful start, so just know you have friends like me to help you continue your new lifestyle that maximizes and/or exceeds your goals!
