they want to be at there strongest, people in figure completions are very weak because they cut thier diet so they have like 5% body fat and there is no sodium and potassium in there system.

When i do cardio on an elliptical or a bike i don't have any problems but when I run ankles burn?

could it be because of weight?

why do so many people feel the need to get a really bad tan after they've lost alot of wait or reached their goals?

alot of people change from a normal skin tone to a weird orange lol

if you have a beach body why not tan on the beach?.. ok if you look very, very pale.... but you know what i mean

in (novice) opinion i think depending on the level you do its pretty good, ive seen a lot of high school athletes get winded doing beginner

I'm going to go out on a limb Im currently about 34% body fat (36% before) and i weigh 288.8 so 288.8x.34=98.192lbs of fat so that would mean at 10% bf i would weigh 200lbs... I have a large frame..lol anyway i looked at a few bmi charts and they said i should weigh around 180 but of course thats no...

problem solved, i was having problems being able to reach the bar, because im not use to bending down that far while keeping balance ( legs like a sitting position lol) anyway i practiced doing the movement and its feels normal now.
