meal 1 as soon as you get up - fruit, oatmeal
2 - fruit, protein
3 - sandwich with lots of meat and salad with added veg
4 - protein, veg, salad
5 - protein, veg, salad
6 - protein, veg, salad

as a guideline for diet

im 17, 290lbs

any constructive criticism to help make it better?

plan for tomorrow is

breakfast: oatmeal with raisins
snack: peanuts (not salted)
lunch: turkey on whole wheat lite bread with lettuce, tomato and mustard + nuts and water
snack: not sure
dinner: chicken with pasta with low fat cheese on pasta and salad (small portion of pasta),l
i know i need to add fruit and vegs in just need to work out how to add them in

i need to add some fruits and vegges

- add protein and fruit to nuts...you need protein everytime you eat
- snack should ne a meal as suggested
- you can only have 1 serve of opasta, rice or bread per day and have them after you train or some sort of decent activity
- how to add them in? just add them in, cooked, raw, streamed it soen't matter and for as much as you can stomach
