swanso5, You're absolutely right but I'm taking into account her fitness level is average so I'm pretending she's the average person who isn't used to many high intensity workouts like me and you probably are but... Fo all I know 4x of tae-bo, intervals, or circuit training could be TOO much for her...

There's nothing wrong with working out by doing cardio first thing in the morning for 30-45 minutes by doing tae-bo or some sort of weight loss interval workout and then doing an evening weight workout but only workout in the evening with weights twice a week.
