Does anyone know approximately at what body fat % the abs begin to show through the stomach fat? I have been running and lifting every day (at leat 6 days a week) for about 2 months now and eating very sensibly and I'm getting close to where I want to be, but goal is to be able to see some good ab definition. I still have some love handles and a bit of "insulation" around , but I'm so close! I'm at 17% right now and I'm thinking if I can get to under 10% I will be golden. Also, anyone know any good tips to cut the last 10 or so pounds off?
I'm 22, , about 5'11" and 187 lbs.

One thing I'll tell you is to trust and believe in what you're doing.
If it's still yielding results, don't lose hope in your system or diet. Unless you're stalling badly on results, then review what you're doing, but if things are still progressing nicely, have the courage of our convictions, and keep pushing for it.
You might possibly want to think though, about whether 6 days a week is a little too much.
If you cut back to 5 days, I'd suggest making sure you keep the two off days seperate.
Don't have two days off from working out together, or you'll just hinder progress, when your Metabolism is not getting revved up for two days straight.
So this is an example of what I'm saying.

This means at least 3 days between days off.
That's if you feel you need to cut back to 5 days a week. I'm not going to say for definite 6 days a week is overkill, it depends on length, intensity and volume of workouts, but if you want to cut back to 5 workouts a week, I reccomend what I suggested, if you're capable of doing that.

i was gonna say cut to 5 days too...you may think your close at 17% but if wanting to get to 10 then you still have 40% of your bodies fat to lose before than...that is a lot for anyone and would be over 12pds for you
not to be a downer but you need to keep a long term outlook here...consistentcy and constant improvement will get you here...if you think your food's perfect than take another look (timing, water intake, anabolism vs catabolism etc)
the same with training (am i still doing curls and leg ext?)

Abs begin to show?
I've heard that to get the ripped 6 pack or 8pack look - guys need to be between 4-8% and just to have them showing - you need 10-15%.
