Thing is if you eat a Banana, yes it's around GI 54, top of the low GI scale, and coupled with a larde Banana, around 28g Carbs, your Glycemic load is just over 15, (moderate). So I've started doing HIIT on the bike. 1-3 min = warm up at 75rpm every 30 sec i change between an all out sprint (around 145-150rpm) and normal (80-90 rpm). Am I doing it correctly? Barbell

I just started using the barbell for chest exercises (used 2 use dumbells) but anyway, i've found that when I use the barbell it doesnt go up striaght (ie i tilt it more to 1 side than the other). Does anyone know what may be casuing this and what I can do to make sure it goes up and straight? Cheers
