Before I started gym I used to eat whatever, i.e. junk food, chocolate this that. I had 78-79kg.
Now i've kicked out all the junk food out of diet and started to eat more healthy. I've been training 4 times a week for 3.5 weeks now and somehow I managed to lose 2-3 kg at the start but at the moment Ive been hanging on at about 76 kg for the past week or two. Is this normal for someone starting? I cannot seem to gain any kg at the moment. I am 182.5 cm in height. Is body still getting used to weight training?
