Free range breast fillet

Post by ThePhantom »

I like the woolworths free range breast fillets. There is one problem though, there isn't any indication of how much carbs/protein/fat/cals it contains on the pack. All it says is that it contains 480g. Would anyone know how much protein/carbs/fat/cals the free range breast fillets would contain. I've looked all over but cannot find it anywhere. thanks

Well a good sized Chicken Breast has 30g Protein in it, (120 calories).

However this doesn't necessarily mean there's 120g weight.

I'm assuming the additional weight is probably from Breadcrumbs right?

Realistically I'd be a little concerned about the Breadcrumbs, as I'm pretty sure they are Fried White Crumbs, so perhaps a bit Fatty and starchy really.

I'd stick to regular Chicken.

Well, there are no breadcrumbs in the pack. There are only 3 breast fillets in the pack (big ones) so I'm not really sure about their nutritional info is. Probably 40g of protein for each one so perhaps 160 calories?
