Nee help to build a bigger chest
Hi there Ive only been weight lifting for 5/6 months now and i can see a mass difference in back, shoulders and arms but nothing in chest. After a session in the gym working chest i can feel the muscle pumped up around the sides of chest (arm pit area) but nothing at the lower chest or middle chest....
