Nee help to build a bigger chest
Hi there
Ive only been weight lifting for 5/6 months now and i can see a mass difference in back, shoulders and arms but nothing in chest.
After a session in the gym working chest i can feel the muscle pumped up around the sides of chest (arm pit area) but nothing at the lower chest or middle chest.
does anyone have any exercises that will help bring on lower and central chest

does anyone have any exercises that will help bring on lower and central chest
lower chest is a sticking point too as is the middle (cleavage area) of chest. I was told that close grip dumbbell bench presses will really fill out that portion. For lower pecs, dips and decline barbell bench presses are the way to go. I've incorporated those into chest workout and hope to see results by the end of the summer (not so flabby to the touch, if you remember the thread I started).

You can train chest, training lower chest doesn't really exist. Lift heavy, with heavy compounds exercises, eat your meat and rest and don't worry you'll have a super sexy tick chest.

Really? Well then would it be more accurate to say you are attempting to stimualte more growth in that area? Lots of exercise manuals say differently. Why would books mention that it's important to hit the chest with incline, decline, and flat bench moves? If I did flat bench all the time, I would definitely not be doing a complete chest routine. Yes Because if you only do flat one, you're overtrain a bit the movement leading to less result than doing incline and flat during the week. Or flat and dumbells. that's not the fact that you hit different chest's parts but more the variations of the exercises that leads to a more efficients way to train for a bigger chest muscular chest.darius3000 wrote:Really? But if you do one time a week an Heavy flat bench Press paused, you will have outstanding results too ...
