Re: so little, but so excited!
That is so fantastic!!! I think that chasing toddlers should be considered cardio  You're going to be running bent over now for the next 3 years, which is no small feat. It's wonderful to hear that even though you're not able to work out as you'd like that you're still focusing on being more he...

Re: Gluten
 you're funny. I am getting back on it. I know I feel it way before it can be seen. Just as all of you know how you feel if you skip. I have made it two days so far with removing gluten. I've also started eating more fresh fruit in it's place. As always, biggest hurdle is drinking all the water...

Re: Gluten
Thanks. I figured that it wouldn't hurt to just try doing without it for a little while to see how I felt. I started yesterday and will take your advise and go 4 weeks and see if I feel any different. I also got back on the workout yesterday. Two weeks is way too long to go without it.

Re: Gluten
Thanks guys for your input. The suggestion actually came from husband. He's been paying attention to what I eat in relationship to how I feel. He says after I've eaten gluten containing foods that I tend to feel poorly and suggested I cut that out for a while just to see if I'm sensitive.

Gluten
I'm going to modify diet a bit. It's been suggested that I might be highly gluten sensitive. I'd like to know what you guys think of this.
I'd like to modify to a high protien/gluten free diet. Using whey protien shakes.
Thoughts?

Re: Sweating issues
I also have this issue. Will a small amount of physical activity to sweat. This is something that in case is a side effect of medications. So if you take any kind of meds, you might look into seeing if that is a side effect of that.

I think I just put on 5 lbs looking at that.
fyi - each serving of twinkie has 150 cal and 4.5 grams of fat and a serving of ho hos is 250 cal and 17.5 grams of fat.
Is there really anything worse you could possibly put into your body?

Re: so little, but so excited!
Thanks Boss. You are always so kind :D You're absolutely right. I know I keep making excuses beyond the point when I really didn't have time. I am feeling the effects more and more every day that goes by and I don't make the small effort to just go the ten feet out to gym. It's a terrible cycle to g...

Re: so little, but so excited!

Actually I know that it's own fault. I could MAKE time. Moving furniture, painting, reorganizing cupboards and shelv...

Re: so little, but so excited!
pain comes from fibromyagia. There's widespread muscle pain. If I keep working out and stretching, etc it really cuts the pain. I really notice it after about 3 days of not working out. It seems the more I work out the less muscle/tendon pain I have. So for me, the reprocutions (sp) from not workin...

Re: so little, but so excited!
 I'm with you on that for sure! We talked and we're going to make the time in between coats of paint to work out. I've noticed that if I go 3 days the pain starts creeping back. Well it's been 3 days. I want to stop it before it gets bad enough to slow me down. So, I'm going to make the time. h...

Re: so little, but so excited!
Speaking of getting out of routine  This week has proven to be terrible for me when it comes to workout. I have a friend that's going to stay with me for a little while and we've been working on cleaning out spare room, getting it painted, etc. So I haven't had time at all this week to work ou...
