Running! YAY for Running!

Quick question. What would be a good time to run? Most people I know run in the morning because they prefer to get it out of the way. I have ran in the afternoon after I get off of work and I find myself suffering due to the food that I had eaten for lunch.

Working out

Hello,

I want to start conditioning again but I do not have the equipment I need. I mainly have a few dumbells and some running shoes. I want to burn fat mainly in upper body but I dont want to ignore legs and arms and such. Am I able to work out with the limited amount of equipment?

How long should breaks be in between sets? I think another factor would be that most of the machines I use in routine are sometimes being used. :?

Workout routine

Is 2 hours to long to be working out not including cardio? This is how long it takes me to lift usually.

I use the standard workout equipment at school whenever I get the chance. Basic weight lifting equipment, you know things to get the job done. For cardio there are bikes, tredmills, stair machines (don't know the name :? ). I kinda feel that I need to focus more on cardio than weight lifting at this...

Are protein shakes good for people who want to lose weight? I kinda see someone who is drinking 3 cups of protein shakes a day is trying to gain more weight and muscle.

Is it wise to just drink protein shakes for breakfast and possibly for a snack later in the day? The reason I asked is because its kinda hard for me to eat 5-6 meals a day, mainly because I am on a budget

Chest fat

Hello, I am fairly new to this forum and I figured I would post something. I am trying to lose some fat mainly in the chest and stomach. I am currently a college student and work a good amount of hours when I am not in class. I have started doing push ups and crunches again when I can. Usually about...
