Hello,
I am fairly new to this forum and I figured I would post something. I am trying to lose some fat mainly in the chest and stomach. I am currently a college student and work a good amount of hours when I am not in class. I have started doing push ups and crunches again when I can. Usually about 100 of each a day. Any suggestions on a good workout plan? (I know this is a broad question )
I use the standard workout equipment at school whenever I get the chance. Basic weight lifting equipment, you know things to get the job done. For cardio there are bikes, tredmills, stair machines (don't know the name ). I kinda feel that I need to focus more on cardio than weight lifting at this point. To give you an idea of build I am 5'8 and I weight about 230-235 lbs. I am a ex-baseball player who is in his final years of college. As for eating I try to eat some fruit or oatmeal with some water/juice for breakfast after that its whatever. Being on a budget I have a hard time trying to eat 5-6 meals a day. Being a college student I only have a certain amount of money to spend on food alone a week. Any suggestions on how to burn this fat?
alternate wts and interval cardio days for 5 sessions a week...do a weekend session as you don't want to 2 days off in a row so maybe do wts mon, HIIT tue, wts wed, thu off, fri wts, sat HIIT, sun off or something like that...buy in bulk and try eat a lot of the same food...fruit and veg aren't expensive...tins of tuna are a dollar where i come from...if you actually want to make it happen i bet you could (budget)
