Hello,
I want to start conditioning again but I do not have the equipment I need. I mainly have a few dumbells and some running shoes. I want to burn fat mainly in upper body but I dont want to ignore legs and arms and such. Am I able to work out with the limited amount of equipment?

pistols
bulgarian split squats
single leg stiff legged deadlifts
for upper body:
hard to easy push up drop sets i.e. floor, knee bench, waist bench all in a row
inverted rows (if you can - search)
pull ups (if you can)
handstand push ups (if you can - serach)
for full body conditioners try:
burpee's
swings
waterbury rows
