hey I really like RPM classes they can burn up to 850 calories in 45mins and you can work as hard as you like. I belive it works your legs, butt and your waist. Hi I am New to this and not really sure what to do. So Here goes day starts with RPM monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Tuesday upperbody and abs Tuesday night Body combat.
