I answered the questions and found out I was a C Type body. Really not sure what that is.
I will do some more research.

I know exactly how you feel. I have sprain ankle, can't train maybe upperbody. But no cardio or legs.

Knew I could count on you.

I thought the same, just wanted an opinion.
Someone told me they are ok.
But thought if they raise your heart rate, it may have a long term effect on your heart. not good.

hey I really like RPM classes they can burn up to 850 calories in 45mins and you can work as hard as you like. I belive it works your legs, butt and your waist.
