Hi I am New to this and not really sure what to do. So Here goes
day starts with RPM monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Tuesday upperbody and abs Tuesday night Body combat. Thursday night trihard (25 mins Cycle with 30 mins tri, back, bi, and chest). Friday Morning Lowerbody and abs Friday night step class and Saturday 45mins abs class. Sunday day off.

diet
100g Yoghurt for Breakfast,
for Lunch salad lettuce, cucumber, 1/4 tomato, snow pea sprouts, and beetroot sometimes with egg, chicken, cheese or tuna.
Dinner:
Steak, chicken, fish and veg or salad.
Snack are 5 almonds for morning, afternoon and around 4.30pm

What do you think should i change something. I have lost 20lb and would like to lose 20 more but i am at a stand still.

100g Yoghurt for Breakfast, (More Protein more Carbs)
for Lunch salad lettuce, cucumber, 1/4 tomato, snow pea sprouts, and beetroot sometimes with egg, chicken, cheese or tuna. (Keep the Protein source, don't have it sometimes, have it always)
Dinner:
Steak, chicken, fish and veg or salad. (Looks fine)
Snack are 5 almonds for morning, afternoon and around 4.30pm

You need better snacks then that. I reccommend you at least double the Almonds, and you need to get some Protein and Carbs in those snacks.

You can have something like Low Fat Cheese I.E. Cheddar, if you want more Protein, without additional Carbs, then add a Carb source into your snack.

If you choose something like an Apple, you'll get 19g Carbs, or a Banana, gives you about 28g, or Plums, give you 7.5 g per plum. I think a Pear gives you about 25g Carbs.

Or you could have an Ear of Corn on the Cob, about 30g Carbs, which is nearly 5g Protein, then add more protein, like a few slices of Turkey.

So you do have options, and not just those few examples, as those few Almonds are not enough as snacks, and you're probably undereating.

Hi and welcome!! I think you can definately lose those 20 pounds with a few changes. First, it would help a lot if you ate more often. This will keep blood sugar levels stable throughout the day and your metabolism burning. How many calories you should eat is something I don't know at this point, because there are MANY factors to consider when determining calorie level. That being said, it looks like you may actually be eating too little, which can hinder weight loss efforts. I say that in part because it looks like you work out a fair bit, and you need to fuel those workouts.

It's great that you get so many veggies in. Some fruit would be good as well. You may also benefit from a little more focus on resistance training and a little less focus on cardio.

I would be happy to help if you need more help!
