Hope you are all going strong. Has anyone read the Michael Thurmond
6 or 12 day Body shaping miracle? And if so did you do what has been said also how did you find it.

Never heard of it, but I'd be mistrusting from the getgo, of anything with the word miracle in.
Any books telling you how to lose weight, bulk up, or achieve inproved health and wellness, whilst being disabled, or with a condition, may very well often be pretty good in many cases, but most are only telling alternative ways to achieve the same thing, which may or may not be quicker, than another method.
Frankly even a half blind one Legged weightlifter, with Celiacs disease, could bulk up, and probably use more than one weightlifting method, and varied meal plans, even with their restricted diet. The point being, there is never a mircle with your body, there is always more than one way to achieve or fail, the body is never 100% predictable, neither is life.
Otherwise humanity would all get bored of predictable after while, go stir crazy, and commit suicide.
Miracles happen in the Bible if you believe in religion. I'm atheist, no big qualms or major issues with religion, different issue, not going there right now.
Also giving different body types a name sounds pointless. Most people just say Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph, not Type C, it sounds like a Blood Group, (obviously it's not), or some kind of Stem Cell, or a Viral strain.
Probably such titles are used to describe people who are round, pear shaped, with a Bhudda etc etc, like you're creating some subclassifations of Mesomorph, or something like that, that don't need to be there.
I'm glad you're doing the extra research, you'll benefit far more than trusting books with suspicious titles.
Fact is this, most B.S. is free to read, often the same as the truth is, but unlike the truth, B.S. is costly to use, try, incorporate into your life etc etc, either physically, financially or both.

As a Body Type C, your body builds and maintains lean muscle easily, which is good because muscle burns fat. Additionally, your metabolism is not as sluggish as several of the other body types - unfortunately, it is still not fast enough to keep you lean. The rate of your metabolism is the primary consideration in how your body gains or loses weight. The good news is: As a Type C, since you have plenty of muscle tissue to help you burn fat fast, once you use your custom eating plan to speed up your overall metabolic rate, you should see results extremely fast and have little trouble keeping the weight off after the program is done.

simply it means you need to eat more food to maintain your muscle levels which will keep metabolism elevated aiding in fat loss over time
