well i read that real cocoa isnt bad seeing as its a bean so if its made from that it shouldnt be to bad now idk how true that is so dont qoute me but its something to look into

ok is therer anything that the body would get that it would store as fat in the chest. im asking cuz i read that u cant help where the body stores fat at all so idk if thats true. i also read dairy non-fat free stuff can do this to ur chest is that ture as well?

is it really bad to eat before bed?
so yeah i used to have a bowl of granolla before bed an i have stoped eating carbs after 6 or so an if i do its fruit...an not a lot at all. i started to feel a differince but idk if it was real or just in head that i felt it? so whats the deal with that theory?

i am trying to get pectoral minor(i thinks thats the side of the chest muscles) an lose

i have been running into a lil snag i have been geting real close or meeting carb/fat target for the day about 100 before cal. target. any ideas an also if i work out in the middel of the day dose that "an say i burn more cal/carb/fat then i have already consumed dose that "reset" me ...

ok cool so ik it dosent mean eat it all the time but it would be better/ok to use cane suger in like baking (with whole wheat flour ect. ect) then sweetner an stuff or to use it to make like a fruit reduction an so on? in other words ahaha i guess im asking if its an ok healthyer cheat food item

ok ik artif. suger is bad for you thats the basics...but what constatutes as "natural good suger"? is cane suger the same kind of suger or have the same properties as that which is in fruits? an an should i be subtracting it from "carbs" like i do with the fiber in carbs?

well ik buddy takes muscle an one heaping scoop along with a banana has like 100 some calories he said haha but idk if its the same for chicks an how they should go about gaining mass/weight. personaly u like just fine to me but haha maybe try more carbs? umm also there is a guy on youtube an he has...

i agree
when u dont eat enough ur body will start to store ur next meal or intake whathave u, as fat its like a deffence mech. that ur body dose an it will actualy burn muscel first to save the fat. thats also why it is importnt to eat clean an lean. so even if it dose store fat it will at least be healthy ...

take the protine shakes to maybe only one scoop an only half an hour after work out u dont really want ur protine from foods after ur work out because it will sit in ur stomach to long u want quick digesting protin after ur work out so ur body can use more if not all of it right away. that said swit...

ik i eat crab an shrinp those are very very hight in protin an no fat at all. salmon is good but its a lil fatier or so im told an i have found it to be as well. also hadock is good

well ik ur supposed to have a majority of ur carbs in the morning, it helps u digest ur food better thru out the day an burn fat. also it dosent have to be 6 it can be 4-5 as well an its because it heelp keep ur suger levels stabel an curb ur craving to munch so much since ur eating more periodicly
