keep a food log???? write everything you eat and check after two weeks if you eat the same amounts/foods. you might be yo-yo dieting. some people can't maintain a good diet, they may eat perfect 1 week then horrible for a few days.

Might be down to things like Protein and Fats intake.

Also you need to be eating 6 times a day, and I'd go for around 20g Protein per meal, and keep your Good fats high, so things like Nuts, Fish, Flax, Omega Eggs, Avocados, healthy Oils and Seeds etc etc, as the Mono-unsaturate types of Fats can help with things like anabolic hormone production, as well as Cholesterol lowering.

If you're having low Fat intake, that could be a reason, and by increasing Fats by around say 20-30% per meal, you could increase calories and possibly potential.

You will find it a little difficult, becasue you're young, and can't go too heavy. Not to mention at 14, and being female, test is going to be low.

Most females are often around a healthy 40-90 nanograms per decilitre of blood for Test, whereas men should be around 350-1,000 ng/dl.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and for a young Lady like you, it will take time.

I would also suggest if you use lbs instead of kg's, you could try increasing your weights by 2lbs a week, and seek if the progressive overload makes a difference.

You may also need ot consider reducing reps, possibly if you're doing 12 rep sets, go for 8 rep sets, and add acouple of lb's on to weights, but don't go gung-ho and add like 01lb's to weights or anything too high. Keep it conservative, because you shouldn't be going for rep maxes at your age, probably not above 80% of a possible max.

if you're losing fat there's no problem, keep water up, keep food up and maybe cut down on cardio

Hey just curious, how did you measure your % fat on your body. Is there somewhere I can go or buy something that will tell me?

all you got to do it type it in google... body fat calculator or something like that, then it asks you your body stats, so you got to measure your self, and it does some crazy- formula that calculates you body fat %...
hope that helps :D

Really? Hopefully I won't find a phony calculator.
I'll search into it, thanks for the advice.

I'm not sure how accurate those online calculators are? You can also have your fat tested at your local gym. They should have fat calipers or other devices there that can give you a fairly accurate reading of your body fat.
