i see some huge changes in strength in upper and lower body, chest is getting bigger, arms too. benching has improved 20 pounds and squating improved 20 pounds too...since i before going to the gym.

how much is too much protein?
im kinda scared of taking in too much protein, because it can cause kidney stones...how much is too much?? 300- 400 g per day? im 16 , does it make a difference? im about to go on the V-diet on T-nation, and its a high protein and low carb diet...just afraid that i'd get rocks in kidney...lol

yo people, i recently joined a small gym. not a lot of people there, and i was wondering if you guys can give me a program so i can get stronger and become leaner. max bench is like 160lbs( can only do 1 rep...)...which is total shit... currently benching 110 for 10 reps curling 60lbs barbell, 30 lb...
