neck fat...wasn't there before

Post by DevilWrath »

Long time ago I started to lose weight, went from 208 to 160lbs.

5 month I started to bulk and I ended up gaining 10lbs ( 170lbs)... I was getting fat again but now that I'm back at 160lbs I have these neck fats!! That I never had before! at this weight!! And I can't seem to get it off!! It's really frustrating because I have more muscle than before ( I can see it) but I have this fat face now... What is happening..??

Does salt and being pissed off for the past 4 month have something to do with this? sweat has been a lot more salty these days and I'm always thirsty after a meal. Does being pissed off and angry has anything to do with fat loss around your face...? and I've been getting ALOT of acne lately...Does this all link together somehow?

Lesplease wrote:Stress is an amazing thing. It can raise blood pressure, constrict vessels and inhibit fat loss (through the production of a chemical called cortisol). It can also interfere with physiological functions such as hormone production, which can manifest itself as changes in reproductive cycles (if you are female), acne, and again -- weight.

Salt will not change weight loss or gain, though it can contribute to water retention.

It may be that with rapid loss and gain you have not given your skin time to get back into shape. Skin is very elastic, but it does need time tighten up.
Great advice mate.It will be helpful for everyone here..So thanks for sharing it and i hope you will always share value able information with us...
