Hey all. I have a workout routine, i want to know if its okay.. can anyone give opinions on it.. this is to BUILD MUSCLE and burn fat... Hello all :) Just gona put on workout plan, let me know if this is okay :) Monday (Gym) Full body workout.. Chest, Back, Bi's, Shoulders, Tri's, Legs (compound) is it good to do 2 different excercices for each muscle group? or just 1 Excercise with 4 sets? Tuesdsay HIIT cardio... 4.5km/h (2 minutes)...
