Monday (Gym)
Full body workout..
Chest, Back, Bi's, Shoulders, Tri's, Legs (compound) is it good to do 2 different excercices for each muscle group? or just 1 Excercise with 4 sets?
Tuesdsay HIIT cardio... 4.5km/h (2 minutes) 12 - 16 km/h (1 minute)
Wednesday (Gym) Same as monday..
Thursday (cardio) same
Friday (Gym Same)
Saturday (cardio)
Sunday Rest..
i do this while dieting. so 3 days Freeweights 3 days Intense cardio
