diet is not that great, but its better then eating what i was before.. i dont want to restrict myself too harshly but i want to loose fat, and fast.... so this is how i eat now.. Iv never been so motivated to loose fat, i have a stomach, love handles and well... not boobs.. but extra fat on chest.
Monday to Friday.
(wake up at 9)
Breakfast 10:15, Fruit salad, Lean cuisine meal for lunch, Yogurt (sugar free), Apple.... i eat this well seperated. Then i goto the gym after i finnish work... 3 days a week, MON, WED, FRI (COMPOND WORKOUT) eat finner after, IM Middle eastern, so usually brown rice, chicken, this that... lol
On HIIT days 3 mornings a week i have breakfast after the cardio session on the HIIT days..
OVER 2 months roughtly i have dropped from 110kgs down to 100, iv been doing intense weight sessions.... iv been stuck on 100 for about 2-3 weeks.. 3 days cardio 3 days compount, i feel good.. i am getting muscles but the layer of fat is no good..
im 187cms and 100kgs now.. Any tips?

(Add something else in here like chicken, Ham, Eggs, Turkey etc for protein. The Calories are too low)
Lean cuisine meal for lunch,
(Shouldn't be a problem. If however the calories are less than 250, bolster up with something like a small portion of Nuts or Peanuts or a bit of Low Fat Cheese as examples)
Yogurt (sugar free), Apple.... i eat this well seperated.
(More protein here.)

(Have something else about 2-3 hours after this meals, so something like Soup, low Fat Cheese, Ham Sandwhich etc)
