Okay, being filipino, I've never EVER had anything else as a carb source for breakfast other than RICE. I know, RICE ain't that bad for you but I wanna try cereal/oatmeal for a change. are fried foods really that bad?
Compared to sugar/junk foods, deep fried stuff really THAT bad?
I mean it's still protein right? I'm not talking about french fries or anything from fast food joints, I'm talking about fish, beef, pork etc. And I use vegetable oils to cook it so I guess that at least counts for something?
