Compared to sugar/junk foods, deep fried stuff really THAT bad?
I mean it's still protein right? I'm not talking about french fries or anything from fast food joints, I'm talking about fish, beef, pork etc. And I use vegetable oils to cook it so I guess that at least counts for something?

Don't necessarily be fooled by EVCO. To knowledge calling it Extra Virgin is just a marketing gimmick, and not actually a patented, or true industry recognised brand name, in the same way as EVOO is.
