Okay, being filipino, I've never EVER had anything else as a carb source for breakfast other than RICE. I know, RICE ain't that bad for you but I wanna try cereal/oatmeal for a change. I'm not taking them solely, I'm also eating whole wheat bread and some veggies.
I know I haven't been to the forums in a long while but don't worry, I'm progressing

But back to it, right now I have Kelloggs original corn flakes, which has for 1 1/4 cup, 110 calories, 0 fat, 2g sugar, 26g carbs, 2g of protein.
I'm switching to them just because, I'm trying to lean down a little for vacation

I've bulked up quite a bit and now just busting for the 15 days before flight. Also, I'll be using 2% skim milk.
Cardio wise, I'll be doing two a day, AM and PM, with weights.
Anyways, that's it. I'm clueless about this stuff as like I said, never been a fan. Thanks y'all.
