I've read you article, seems okay, but a lot of things out there that I was already knowing/doingswanso5 wrote:in that regard, and i'm assuming from his boxing experience that he is profeccient in both speed and power (you can never be too strong though) a 40pd wt increase even if all muscle could possibly slow him down...if done over 5 - 8yrs than probably not but i bet he wants it quicker than that
Okay so a perfect diet you said ? look at mine :swanso5 wrote:14pds in 8 months without fat gain??? impossible
speed that's what i mean...the more muscle, fat body wt or whatever you have though, the less speed you'll have as your trying to throw a heavier object...think throwing a baseball and shot put...you put oin the same effort but the baseball goes way faster
the wt gain also depends where you are now, body structure etc
6 sessions of wts can be suppoted with perfect food but coupled with other boxing sessions etc you couldn't possibly eat enough food to maintain your body let alone put muscle on it
quality over quantity...always remember that
For the fruit, I'M usually eating apples, raisins and sometimes watermelon ... for veg : carrots Brocollis are the one i usually have.swanso5 wrote:- a perfect is diet is knowing exactly how many calories you need to susatin bodywt, lose x amount of bodywt or increase x amount of bw...only then can you detirmine what foods, macronutrient % and timing you should use...in other words it is a lot of work and can often provide zero results
- there's not much fruit in there???? you should eat the clor of the rainbow each day from fruit
- you should have 10 - 12 serves of fruit/veg a day including the above point...search jon berardi fruit/veg serves and you'll get something what a serving size of each is
- the perfect diet wouldn't contain processed carbs such as bread
- it would also have a greater variety
- and solid food for all meals (not milk)
- probably not enough cal's to support all that
AS STATED 3 WT SESSIONS A WEEK...I'M NOT SAYING THAT AGAIN
4 sessions won't get you bigger than 4...you grow muscle when you're NOT training so if training everyday than when will you???
- 40pds over yrs is easily do able i think but very long term...8pds of muscle (nat fat or water) a year
if your naturally as big as your aim is, you will find it hard to even reach it and once you get there it will be hell to maintain it
