Substitute for white refined sugar

Can anyone give me some ideas on what I could use to replace white refined sugar? I know that I use too much sugar in diet in things like oat meal, hot tea and cereals.

Honey is ok in the tea, but not very good in oat meal and cereal.

Fat loss in relation to body area worked.

I have a question. I was just sitting here talking to a friend of mine, also boss. He asked me if you work out your legs for example, does the fat loss come from your legs at first and then from the rest of your body? He said if you look at a ribeye steak it is marbleized with fat. Is the human musc...

After reviewing your list, I believe that it is diet. As I stated, I have increased carbs and in a couple days I will reinstate the cardio. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

I have put the cardio on hold for now. I am concentrating on weights. I thought that energy lose was due to not having enough carbs. I have adjusted carb intake and hopefully that will help. After a week or so of increasing carbs I will try to bring the cardio back. I'll let you know how it goes.

What is the best way to tone muscle?

I am 5'7" tall and 162lbs. I have 23% body fat. I want to lose a little body fat and then tone myself.

What is the best way to tone?

Is it low weights and high reps? If so, what percentage of your max should I lift?

How many reps and sets should I do?

Any advice would be appreciated.
