I have heard that it is best not to train oposite muscle groups on the same day. I have always lived by the following. It is just an example.
Chest on Monday - Back on Tuesday
Tricepts on Monday - Bicepts an Tuesday
Quads on Monday - Hams on Tuesday
It doesn't sound like this is one of the rules anymore after reading about full body workouts and all that.
Any opinions on the matter?
