Oposite Muscle Groups

I have heard that it is best not to train oposite muscle groups on the same day. I have always lived by the following. It is just an example.

Chest on Monday - Back on Tuesday
Tricepts on Monday - Bicepts an Tuesday
Quads on Monday - Hams on Tuesday

It doesn't sound like this is one of the rules anymore after reading about full body workouts and all that.

Any opinions on the matter?

train movements not muscles

pairs are easily done for full body workouts...read any chad waterbury program and you'll see...hell read any of mine and you'll get the same

i'm not sure what your reading but it's not real good
