the right amount of weight
i am trying to build some muscle for lacrosse coming up in a few months. when doing weights if i wont to build muscle how do i know if i am using too much weight or if the weight is too light?

shrinking the butt
i am about 5foot 11 6 foot take a pick i have a Endomorph body type means i have bigger hips. any way a year ago i was almost 240 lbs now i started working out running dieting so on now i am 189 (really happy about this) but butt doesnt seem to wont to well get smaller its still well out there.... a...

can you be on the tredmill too much?
i started running few months ago somtimes on the greenway paths in the woods or on the tredmill matters what kind of day it is but i spend anywhere from 45min-1hour powerwalking-jogging 7days a week is this too much?
