Hi there,

If you can cook eggs you should be able to cook chicken breast, tofu, lean meats, fish and other protein sources.

Chicken breast for example... Do you have a no stick frying pan? If so...

Go get yourself some chicken breasts from the store. If they are frozen you'll want to defrost them either in the microwave or the fridge (just leave them in the fridge over night and they should thaw on their own).

Once they are un frozen cut them up into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes. Spray the pan with non stick spray and toss them in. Turn the oven up to about medium heat and cook them until they are no longer pink. You'll want to hang out and watch them. They should only take about 10 minutes or so to cook like this. You could let them cook a couple minutes on one side then stir and let them cook a couple more minutes.

Any questions? I hope this helps! :)

Cooking is the same as anything...you get better at it with time and practice. I do like to get deli meat and make turkey or ham rolls or just eat slices. You can also make tuna salad with little effort. But cooking chicken is really easy, especially if you have a grill.
