na mate ive got the discipline no doubt, and the diet planner on this site is confusing me, it has got like 50 different kinds of oatmeal and none of them match the one that ive got. lol :P i workout 5 days a week, 45 minutes to an hour each time.. a gym only feels like its there only to motivate me...
